Before opening her solo law practice in 2015, Eva had twenty-five years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and management and three years of experience as a business lawyer in a mid-sized San Francisco firm. Her practice is exclusively focused on real estate, probate, wills and trusts, and general advice to small businesses. She encourages her clients to ask questions and is willing to assist clients who want to represent themselves by offering unbundled legal services. She prides herself on being responsive and thorough. In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, cooking and the outdoors. Born and raised in San Francisco, Eva has traveled extensively in South America, Europe and Asia, and has lived primarily in Northern California and on the Oregon Coast.
