I am a trial lawyer at Patten, Wornom, Hatten, & Diamonstein, L.C. located in Newport News, Virginia.  He specializes in toxic tort, personal injury and products liability litigation.  

In addition to these specialties, I assisted numerous organizations with legal advice including Operation Homefront, Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Virginia Chapter, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA).

I am a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Governors), the Newport News Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University.
