Biography
F. Hall Bailey is a native of Grenada, Mississippi. Mr. Bailey earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. He has been practicing law in Jackson since 1982.
Mr. Bailey has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts, including both trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Bailey has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer in the field of Insurance Coverage and Business Litigation. He has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” in the fields of Insurance Law, Personal Injury Litigation – Defense and Workers’ Compensation. In addition to insurance, Mr. Bailey litigates in the areas of commercial law, construction law, intellectual property and international business transactions. Mr. Bailey has achieved an AV-rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
Mr. Bailey has held several positions in Mississippi’s legal community throughout career to include President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, President of Jackson Young Lawyers, two terms as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi Bar and a member of the Board of Directors for the Hinds County Bar Association. Mr. Bailey previously received the Exceptional Service Award by the Mississippi Pro Bono Project and has participated in the Leadership Jackson program. Mr. Bailey is a Fellow of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar and currently serves on the Board of the Neighborhood Christian Center of Jackson.
