His elder law practice helps his clients understand the various government benefit plans, their eligibility requirements and how to qualifiy to receive the benefits available under these various government benefit plans including Title 19.

His estate planning practice focuses on advising and drafting the appropriate estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Appointment of a Heatlh Care Representative and Living Wills.

Attorney O'Connor is also a CPA with an extensive tax background including dealing with the IRS on audits, Offers In Compromise and Installment Agreements. He also represents taxpayers in state tax audits.
