Fatima Silva is an Associate at the Law Offices of James V. McGrail. Ms. Silva’s practice areas include Criminal Defense, Immigration and Personal Injury. Prior to joining the law offices, Ms. Silva worked for a civil litigation firm in San Francisco. She has represented clients both on the plaintiff and defense side.

Ms. Silva earned her B.S. in Political Science with Honors from St. Mary’s College of California and graduated Cum Laude from Pace University School of Law in New York, where she represented indigent clients in John Jay Legal Services Immigration Justice Clinic and competed in the National Moot Court Competition.

 In her spare time, Ms. Silva is an Attorney Coach to Granada High School’s Mock Trial Team.
