As an attorney who has been practicing law for more than 30 years I realize how important it is to fully understand and appreciate the unique needs of every client and to respond to those needs in a professional and responsible manner. This requires an attorney to have empathy, compassion as well as an understanding of the law which impacts that client. It also requires an attorney to be candid and open in discussing details relating to a case with the client and to offer the client options which are open to that person for resolving their legal difficulties. It is important for both the attorney and the client to be accessible to each other for matters to be resolved in an expedient manner. These are principles which I keep in mind each day as I vigorously represent my clients.
