Biography
As the founder of Jackson Law Firm, PLLC, Chattanooga attorney Forrest Jackson provides counsel in Social Security Disability and Personal Injury cases. Prior to deciding to found his own firm, Forrest spent a number of years gaining valuable experience in these areas of law at several firms in the Southeastern United States. He is a graduate of Auburn University and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Forrest has a strong desire to help people and fight for the benefits they deserve. In doing so, he has successfully represented hundreds of clients at all levels of the appeals process. He gets immense personal satisfaction in seeing his clients' relief on being approved for their benefits, or helping clients have other legal matters resolved. He moved to Chattanooga with his wife in 2012, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons when not working for his clients.
Forrest is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama state courts and admitted in all Federal Courts of Alabama, as well as the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, and Chattanooga Bar Association. Forrest also serves on the Tennessee Bar Association's Executive Council for the Disability Law Section, and he is a long-standing member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
