Whyman Law and Mediation is a Family Law practice, specializing in Collaborative Law and Mediation settlements.  The practice includes all areas of Family Law:  divorce and separation; premarital and post nuptial agreements; agreements to modify exisiting orders; agreements around parenting plans, child and spousal support, division of marital assets, health and life insurance; agreements involving siblings, and agreements related to a family's estate.  The practice takes pride in working with clients to help them reach agreement in an atmosphere of respect and dignity.   Fran Whyman is a former President of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, the premiere organization of Massachusetts Family Law mediators.
