Francisco G. Medina has been a successful trial lawyer for over 30 years. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Harris County, Texas.

He has tried over fifty jury trials both in civil and criminal law, in State and Federal Courts. He has handled a vast majority of cases representing Plaintiffs in wrongful death cases, Defendants in murder cases, and the Federal Government in complex banking cases.

He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1980.

Mr. Medina is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before the State Courts of Texas, Federal Court in the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court.
