Francisco was born and raised in Texas.  His grandparents were born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States in the 1930’s and settled in El Paso, Texas.  This background provides him with a deep personal connection to his immigration law practice.  He has practiced immigration and naturalization law exclusively and has more than five years of successful immigration experience working on behalf of his clients from all over the world including countries such as Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Brazil, Venezuela, Ethiopia, Somalia, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and Spain.   He has represented these clients in a wide variety of immigration matters from investor visas to defense from deportation to naturalizations.
