I am a licensed TN attorney, with extensive experience in the fields of music business & entertainment law, intellectual property law, new media law, and technology law. I currently work at Naxos of America, Inc., the world's leading classical music record label and distribution company, serving as General Counsel and overseeing Business & Legal Affairs.

I am currently serving a three year term as a Young Lawyer Fellow with the American Bar Association's Section of Intellectual Property Law. I am also member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association.
