Ken is a licensed attorney and counselor at law. He was born and raised in southeastern NC. He provides comprehensive, personalized real estate legal services to buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, mortgage bankers, and homebuilders. He concentrates in real estate, estate planning, and elder law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, North Carolina Bar Association Divisions of Estate Planning and Elder Law/Special Needs, and Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors. Ken has extensive experience with title law and banking regulations. He maintains a NC residential general contractor's license and enjoys real estate in general. He continually receives concentrated training on innovative real estate, estate planning, and elder law techniques.
