Chip is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and California as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. His education background is Wayne Valley High School, Quinnipiac University, and Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

While attending the Thomas Jefferson School of law, Chip was a lead attorney in a number of mock trial competitions. He received the Jefferson Medal for his outstanding performance in the study of International Environmental Law while attending Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.

Prior to working at Dunne & Associates LLC, Chip was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association, California Bar Association, and Hudson County Bar Association.

Chip handles cases involving personal injury, criminal defense and family litigation. He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients and been recognized in Who's Who in American Law, National Association of Trial Lawyers - Top 100 and National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys - Top 10.
