Since graduating from law school in 1970, I have practiced in the Hampton Roads area primarily in civil litigation with an emphasis on family and personal injury law. I have successfully appealed cases to the Circuit Court of Appeals of Virginia, The Virginia Supreme Court, and The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I played basketball for Old Dominion University & paid all costs of my education.

I attended law school on a scholarship.
