Gabe was born and raised in Copiah County, Mississippi. After graduating high school from Copiah Academy in Gallman, Mississippi, in 1996, Gabe attended the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, from where he graduated in May of the year 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree and received a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the united States Army. Gabe was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Army, he returned to Mississippi and applied to law school. Gabe subsequently graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to practice law by the Mississippi Bar in 2007. Since that time, Gabe has practiced law in Mississippi, mostly practicing in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
