Gabriel is a Private Attorney focused on Criminal, Family and Expugements  .

Formery, he was a Prosecutor within both the Wayne County and the Marion County Criminal and Civil Divisions. He served as the Lead Prosecutor in the highest volume courtroom in the state of Indiana.

He has represented the people of Indiana in numerous bench and jury trials.

He was the Valedictory Speaker of his Graduating Class of Western Michigan University- Cooley School of Law. He graduated with a concentration in litigation.

Prior to law school, Gabriel served for seven years in the United States Army within the Judge Advocate General Corps. He served as the Senior Administrative Law Supervisor for the Army's National Training Center. In that position, he both oversaw the criminal law division's paralegal staff, and the procurement of government contracts for the instillation.

He is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal on four separate occasions.

Gabriel has also spent several years in various locations including Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This has given him a unique perspective into proper representation of organization to individuals of different backgrounds
