I love being a lawyer because I enjoy being in a position where I can fight for and help other people. I also love the need for constant education and the intellectual challenge as a lawyer. 

I especially excel in finding creative solutions to problems, preferably by alternate dispute resolution such as mediation, high conflict mediation, collaborative law or arbitration. 

If necessary, I will be a tough litigator.  I have a very positive track record in trials.

Although I do expect to be paid for my legal time and expertise (even clients that only request a consultation sign a one paragraph agreement as to my fees and are expected to pay consistent with the agreement, unlike the gentlemen reviewing me on this site who gave me only $40 for a one hour consultation), I try to find ways to keep legal fees down for clients.  I even offer legal coaching, in which the client represents her/himself, but I assist in drafting the legal documents and coach the client for court; the client only pays for the time I spend  with the client and very little deposit monies are necessary.
