Gage Herbst mainly practices immigration law, but also has experience in corporate, criminal, constitutional, property, and personal injury law. Mr. Herbst handles many types of cases in immigration court including cancellation of removal and asylum. He also works closely with clients to prepare applications to the U.S. Consulate Offices and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services like adjustment of status and provisional waivers of illegal presence.

With a bachelor's degree in linguistics from Brigham Young University and a doctorate of jurisprudence from the C. Blake McDowell Law Center in Ohio, Mr. Herbst is well prepared to assist clients with their immigration needs. Gage is fluent in Spanish and speaks decent Italian.
