I joined Sanders and Parks in 1988, and am a Shareholder and Director and Past President (2000-2006) of the firm.

My practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation throughout Arizona, the United States and abroad and includes professional negligence, public entity, personal injury law, product liability, probate litigation, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, insurance coverage litigation, and umbrella and surplus litigation.

I am admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the United States District Court, District of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

When I'm not practicing law I enjoy time with my family and getting outdoors. I am an avid cyclist ( road and mountain), a masters swimmer and enjoy hiking Arizona's mountains.
