Gary was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982. He is currently A-V rated by Matindale Hubbell as well as a Super Lawyer in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates. Gary practiced at Beggs & Lane for 31 years prior to leaving to open the Law Offices of Gary B. Leuchtman, PLLC in January 2014. Gary has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates since 1994. He has served on the Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification Committee on three seperate occassions totalling over 14 years (having chaired that committee on two separate occassions). Gary has also served on 12 years on the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar (chairing the General Rules Subcommittee for many years). Gary has served as president of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council, Chairperson of the United Way of Escambia County Foundation and on the Board of Directors of United Way of Escambia County, United Way of Florida and WSRE-TV for many years.  Gary provides personal client service and has developed one of the most sophisticated and experienced estate planning practices in Northwest Florida.
