I founded Altman & Associates in the belief that, in addition to providing outstanding legal expertise, estate planning requires earning each client's trust and providing them with the utmost in personal service.  The evidence of that belief is the many referrals we have received from our loyal clients in our twenty plus years in business.  The Washington metro area is my home and serving this great community is an honor that I do not take lightly.  We understand that estate planning is one of life's most personal matters and that there are plenty of firms to choose from, making every client a priviledge to service.  Above all, I believe what distinguishes us from other firms is the simple fact that we want you to become a client for life.

I have two children, one with special needs and reside with my wife Elizabeth and two labrador retrievers.  I enjoy spending time playing racket sports, reading, gardening and restoring our pre-civil war historic home in Potomac, Maryland.  I am a wine aficiooonado and enjoy barbecuing and making home made pizza in a brick oven for family and friends.
