Gary has been practicing law for over fifteen years. He began at a large firm representing Fortune 500 companies in civil litigation and individuals in family law matters. He has since represented clients in complex matters pending in state and federal courts throughout the nation, including breach of contract, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death and insurance coverage/bad faith disputes. He also has substantial experience representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, property distribution, support and custody.

He is admitted to practice before all Virginia state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Western District of Virginia, and the Southern District of Indiana, and U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, and Ninth Circuit.
