Gene Williams is a complex business litigation and trial attorney with experience in a wide array of practice areas.  Gene has handled intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade dress, and copyright disputes, as well as consumer and wage and hour class actions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  Gene has also handled partnership disputes, complex trust and estate matters, and even bankruptcy adversary proceedings.  Gene has first chaired a multi-million dollar federal jury trial and has participated in a number of other trials in both state and federal court.

 Gene's current practice is focused primarly on plaintiff's side labor and employment class action work, helping employees who have been deprived of their legal rights to recover unpaid wages and applicable penalties.  He also works with companies to advice them on labor & employment compliance issues, including drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and providing advice on hiring and terminating of employees, as well as employee discipline.
