I bring more than two decades of legal experience to my role as a founding shareholder and managing director of Gellis Law Group, a white-glove, New York-based boutique law firm. My practice focuses on acting as outside general counsel for technology start ups, international venture capital firms, biotechnology companies, as well as small- and mid-size corporate clients.  My areas of concentration are commercial and corporate transactions, international trade, intellectual property, venture financing transactions and investments.

Previously, I was engaged as corporate counsel and director of RGF AG, a Swiss-based private equity and venture capital financial intermediary company, as well as general corporate counsel of Zurcher Energie Holdings AG. As an executive vice-president and general counsel of the London-based Midland Oil and Gas Limited (UK), I was overseeing legal aspects of the company's operations in the U.K., U.S., Eastern Europe and Central Asia.  My legal experience includes risk management, negotiations, and coordination of complex international transactions, including joint ventures, private placements, and production sharing agreements with governmental entities, as well as all aspects of investor, public, and government relations.

A graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University and The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, I serve on the boards of several U.S.-based charities and associations.
