My practice focuses primarily on securities arbitrations, business and corporate litigation, employment disputes, including securities industry recruitment and bonus disputes, contractual disputes, real property disputes and judgment enforcement proceedings. I have appeared before California state and federal courts, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), JAMS, and the AAA Arbitration Forum in trials, arbitrations, and mediations in both California and New York.

I graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Government with a minor in Business. I went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where I graduated summa cum laude, earning many high-grade awards throughout law school. I was invited to join the Thomas Jefferson Law Review on the basis of academic achievement and served as both an Articles and Notes editor.
