I am an immigration and employment law attorney practicing in Little Rock, Arkansas. However, I represent clients from all over the United States and worldwide, including Germany, England, Canada, China, South Korea, Jordan, Turkey, and Nigeria. My practice includes business immigration representation, family immigration, and labor and employment immigration practice primarily focuses on business-based immigration matters such as EB-5 investment green cards, employment green cards, EB- 2 national interest waivers, E-2 treaty visas, H-1B temporary work visas, O-1 temporary work visas and L-1 temporary work visas. With regard to employment law I provide legal services to businesses of all sizes to address ever changing legal requirements in employment discrimination law. I have experience representing employers against EEOC complaints and employment discrimination law suits including law suits filed under Title VII, ADA, AEDA, FMLA, and FLSA.  As a preventative measure I also work with business to develop sound employment policies, employment contracts, handbooks and customized training.
