Biography

I practice in the areas of family law, children's law (specifically CHIPS proceedings representing parents), protected class discrimination in employment, general business law, business litigation and residential/commercial real estate transactions. I have significant experience in divorce, custody disputes, post judgment modifications, business entity selection and formation. My practice includes dispute resolution among family members, individuals and entity members/owners.

Specialties: I am adept at negotiating child placement and custody arrangements. I frequently engage in alternative dispute resolution in lieu of litigation in a diversity of matters.
