Gerrard is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer and CPA and represents businesses and individuals across various industries including manufacturing, technology, real estate, entertainment, retail and healthcare.  His law practice involves structuring commercial transactions, M&A, real estate development, private equity, tax planning and serves as outside general counsel for both corporations and non-profit organizations. Gerrard dedicates a significant portion of his law practice representing taxpayers across the United States in tax controversy matters against the Internal Revenue Service.  He is licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia and the U.S. Tax Court.
