Biography
Glen Nicholas Raj provides counsel on corporate immigration matters, strategic allocation development, and general immigration concerns. His professional journey began with the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs, where he managed press releases, devised marketing strategies, and coordinated city-sponsored events.
After earning his law degree, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Sheldon Gardner before joining the Office of the Chief Judge for the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago. In that capacity, he worked on appellate reviews related to taxation and commercial litigation, focusing on contract disputes and corporate claims. He later transitioned to Update Incorporated’s New York headquarters, where he established an attorney secondment practice for Fortune 500 corporations and investment banks in the region.
Beyond his legal work, Glen has held leadership positions in various advocacy organizations. He served as a director for the Alliance for the Advancement for Equal Rights and Equality Alliance and was a Committee Chairperson for the Chicago Bar Association YLS. He is also a board member of Global Safe House, an organization dedicated to providing shelter and assistance to asylum seekers worldwide.
