Gordon represents clients who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of medical malpractice, industrial accidents, birth trauma, and auto/trucking/motorcycle accidents. He has served as first chair trial counsel in countless cases, obtaining millions of dollars for his clients.

A graduate of Capital University Law School, Gordon also served as coach of the Law School's Mock Trial team. His memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Gordon also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Livingston United Methodist Church. Gordon was selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer 2009 and 2011.
