"AV" rated by Martindale-Hubble, Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Labor & Employment Law, I have a national board certification in medical malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, and I am licensed in Texas and Oklahoma.  I am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (open to invited candidates who have tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict), serve as president elect for the 16 Texas chapters of ABOTA, past president of the Dallas chapter, and a Legacy member of the ABOTA Foundation. I am also a member of the State Bar College, the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, and I participate in the committee that publishes the pattern jury charges in malpractice, premises and products cases in Texas. I am an experienced teacher and lecturer, mediator, and attorney ad litem, a Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" in medical malpractice, and I am admitted to federal courts in Northern, Eastern & Western Districts of Texas.  Civil trial is all I do and all I have ever done for the past 25 years.
