Ms. Hyun is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She specializes in the areas of civil litigiation and has extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses in legal matters involving employment, personal injury, construction, products liability and complex litigation matters.  Ms. Hyun has substantial experience in all aspects of employment law, including lawsuits arising out of wrongful termination, discrimination, harrassment, wage and hour violations, medical leave violations, retaliation, non-compete agreements and severance agreements. 

Ms. Hyun has successfully litigated numerous matters on behalf of major hospitals and public entities in New York City and has also represented public and private businesses in employment and civil rights matters under Title VII and FLSA.  Ms. Hyun has litigated countless matters from inception through trial.
