Mr. Zehnder was born and raised in Elk Grove and graduated from Elk Grove High school. Mr. Zehnder's family has called Elk Grove home for nearly eighty years and across five generations.

His studies in science have ingrained in him sharp analytical skills that he employs throughout his clients' restoration processes. Before his acceptance to the bar, Grant Zehnder gained valuable courtroom experience by working as a volunteer at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office. While in law school, Mr. Zehnder served as a Law Clerk for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and as a Certified-Student-Attorney for the Federal Defenders Office in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
