Granville is a litigation attorney who has been practicing since 2003. He has represented civil and criminal clients in State and Federal courts in Maryland and military criminal clients as far as Okinawa, Japan. He handles business, contracts, personal injury, criminal and traffic matters.

Granville is connected with the community and has always been involved in many transformative organizations and boards in the Baltimore metropolitan area. He has sat on the Baltimore Area Salvation Army Board, Chaired the Boys and Girls Clubs Advisory Board, & participated on the National Academy Foundation board. Granville is a past President of the Monumental City Bar Association and he currently is the chairman of the board for Project Pneuma and on the Monumental City Bar Foundation & Beloved Community Services Corporation board.
