Background

GREGG A. MARTIN was admitted to the California Bar in 1988, and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He earned his B.A. in 1984 from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he majored in both economics and philosophy. He earned his J.D. in 1987 from Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the Scott Moot Court National Team and the Scott Moot Court Honors Board. Mr. Martin served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William A. Holohan of the Supreme Court of Arizona in 1987-88. Mr. Martin is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Culver-Marina Bar Association, the American Bar Associations, and the State Bar of California.

Mr. Martin is a trial attorney whose areas of practice include business and real estate litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, trade secret, and construction matters.

Philanthropy

Mr. Martin also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Los Angeles County Natural History Museum. He served as a Member of the Real Estate Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and as a Cabinet Member of the Real Estate and Construction Division of The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and the Guardians of the Jewish Home for the Aging.  He is also a former Member of the Board of Aviva Family & Children Services.

Family

Mr. Martin resides in the West Los Angeles area with his wife, Lisa. They have adult twin sons and a daughter and a really cute dog named Diego.
