Since 1983 when I began the practice of law, I have concentrated my efforts representing the interests of individuals and families in a variety of legal areas. My practice primarily consists of assisting people who have been injured as a consequence of another's negligence or fault, family law, wills and estates, and general civil practice.

Most commonly, my clients who have been injured receiv...ed their injuries in an automobile or other vehicle collision; as a result of the use of a defective product at work or at home; or because of a defect or a dangerous condition at a place of business, a public place, a residence or some other place which resulted in a fall or other injury to my client.

Family law matters where I provide representation include divorce, legal separation or annulment. My experience includes child custody and placement (also called "visitation") issues and child and spousal support (we call it "maintenance" in Wisconsin--formerly called alimony) issues. Much of my divorce and family law practice involves post judgment actions as well.

In addition to the above, I offer estate planning for my clients and assistance in the buying and selling of residential real estate. I am able to provide assistance following the death of a loved one in probate court when the circumstances require a probate proceeding. I am also experienced in the defense of traffic and criminal matters.
