Biography

Attorney Greggory T. Colpitts has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1991. Mr. Colpitts has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts as well as the U.S. Tax and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. His diverse background – which includes tax law and transactional experience – improves his representation for clients filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He has a thorough knowledge of the nuances in bankruptcy law and remains committed to finding viable solutions to each client’s problem. Mr. Colpitts earned his J.D. from University of Tulsa College of Law and his LL.M. from Southern Methodist University College of Law.
