He was an important member of the trial teams for a number of bellwether trials in the birth defect and polypropylene mesh mass tort litigations. He has represented families regarding birth defect injuries caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants (SSRIs) and anticonvulsant medications. He has represented women and men injured by the implantation of polypropylene mesh, metal on metal hip implants, and inferior vena cava filter implants (IVC).
