Greg is a partner at the Wilmington, Delaware law firm of Pinckney, Weidinger, Urban & Joyce, LLC and a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. He has been involved in all aspects of financial restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings in Delaware and in other jurisdictions on behalf of a wide range of clients, including debtors, corporate and individual creditors, committees and other parties in interest. In addition, Greg has represented clients in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
