Greg Vanden-Eykel has successfully represented Massachusetts and Rhode Island businesses, charter schools, and individuals before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Committee Against Discrimination, the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance, the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Chiropractors, and the Rhode Island Department of Education. He focuses his practice on employment law, education law, medical malpractice, environmental, insurance coverage, general civil litigation matters, and toxic tort cases.

Greg previously worked as a consultant to government agencies and corporations on policy analysis, program management, and project evaluation related to emergency management, including natural disasters and terrorism.

• Successful in moving to dismiss an asbestos liability case based on personal jurisdiction grounds.
