Biography

Gretchen Taylor Pousson is a zealous advocate, specializing in defending the rights of her clients. She has provided the highest quality legal services to a broad range of clients, charged with every conceivable criminal or traffic offense, since 1995. Ms. Pousson previously served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia and is qualified to handle every type of Federal case. Additionally, she served as both an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender before opening up her own law office in 2008. In 2023, she joined the firm of Scrofano Law, PC, to open and lead their Fairfax, Virginia office.
