Hala is the owner of Khouly Law. A long-time resident of the Lehigh Valley, Hala has been practicing law locally for over 8 years. She has represented clients in a wide range of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. From PFAs to Eviction actions, Immigration Defense to Criminal Defense, Estate planning to Estate Administration.

Hala is also well versed in appellate procedure and handled appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.

In addition to her role as owner of Khouly Law LLC, Hala is the IV-D Attorney for Lehigh County Domestic Relations, contracted to represent the interests of Lehigh County in child support establishment, enforcement and paternity matters.
