Harold J. Gerr is a licensed personal injury attorney who has been practicing law in Central New Jersey for over 40 years. Mr. Gerr has expertise in many areas of personal injury, particularly with regard to injuries of the head, spine, and hands.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College (Easton, PA) and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (Newark, NJ). Mr. Gerr strongly values continuing legal education and regularly participates in the educational seminars organized by both the National and New Jersey American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He has received an award from Trial Lawyers Care for free representation of victims of 9-11.
