Harry represents a wide variety of clients in matters relating to business, commercial, and administrative law. He reviews, drafts and negotiates contracts including agreements of sale, services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, settlement agreements and real property agreements.

Harry understands that representation isn’t just about the law, he applies the skillsets he developed over a decade as a successful political consultant to communicate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors and others to best position his clients. He regularly conducts research, drafts legal pleadings, engages in risk analysis, and analyzes a broad scope of legal issues.

Harry prosecutes and defends matters before the administrative bodies and courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Harry is a merit scholar and cum laude graduate of Delaware Law (Widener University). He holds a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania (M.L.A, focus Urban Studies) and a B.A. (Political Communications) from the George Washington University. Harry is an AmeriCorps alumnus having served with City Year of Greater Philadelphia.
