I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer, and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Approximately five percent (5%) of Florida lawyers are Board Certified in any specialty. I have represented clients in civil suits and appeals in every level of the Florida state court system from small claims to the Florida Supreme Court since 1986. I have both jury and non-jury trial experience. 

I handle cases related to business, commercial transactions, real property, estates, trusts, and guardianships. This includes cases involving contracts, business disputes, title insurance, denials of insurance coverage, easements, quiet title, boundary disputes, adverse possession, foreclosures, landlord-tenant, wills, trusts, estates, elective shares, undue influence, noncompetes, and the Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. 

I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and have practiced law in Lake County since 1990.
