Heath B. Nailos was born on July 31, 1969, in Atlanta, Georgia, and has resided in Florida since 1978. He received his BA Degree in History from the University of South Florida in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1996. Mr. Nailos is a member of the Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association and has practiced law in Florida since 1996. His areas of practice includes personal injury, insurance denials, and wrongful death law.  Mr. Nailos is the managing partner at Boyette, Cummins and Nailos.

Heath is very active in the community and is on the Executive Board of Cornerstone, Hospice and on the board of The South Lake Community Foundation, South Lake Chamber of Commerce, Pig on the Pond, and Growing Champions for Life.
