Mr. Baker retired from the Riverside Police Department after obtaining years of experience with the courts, investigations, and the judicial process, seeing both sides of the criminal prosecution system. After retiring from the police department, Heath worked as a licensed private investigator working in both the criminal and civil arena; focusing on family law and child custody cases for more than six years. During that time, he mastered the skill of supporting legal cases for other attorneys using investigations, which he now uses exclusively for his own clients.

Mr. Baker is local to the Riverside area and offers you that "home team" advantage; raised in Riverside, he attended California Baptist University and California Southern Law School. He is devoted to remain in his community where he has lived his entire life, and enjoys spending his off time with his wife and their combined six children.
