Heather moved to Yuma, Arizona in May of 2010 after graduating from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She received her Juris Doctorate with Pro Bono Distinction, as well as a Criminal Law Certificate with Honors and a Trial Advocacy Certificate with Honors.

Heather passed the Arizona State Bar Examination in July 2010. Heather is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona, a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is a member of the Yuma County Bar Association.

Heather received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey in December 2006. Heather graduated cum Laude with a major in Sociology a minor in Law and Justice Studies and a Women’s Studies Concentration.
