Attorney Heather M. Burns represents people throughout the state of New Hampshire as a member of the Upton & Hatfield, LLP legal team. She practices in the areas of personal injury law and employment law, in which she primarily works with plaintiffs. Specifically, she handles cases that concern discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She has represented clients in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and state superior courts, as well as in front of the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission, the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security, and the New Hampshire Department of Labor.
