Heather Y. Hamilton is an associate attorney at Heimerl & Lammers, LLC, having joined the firm in July 2024. Prior to Heimerl & Lammers, Heather has experience at another family law firm in the Twin Cities. Heather has also worked as a law clerk in a private practice family law firm in St. Louis Missouri. Heather has valuable experience with litigation and mediation in all aspects of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, spousal maintenance, property disputes, child custody, parenting plans, paternity, and child support.

Heather grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, but has found her home in Minnesota. When Heather isn’t practicing law, she likes to read books, hike, and spend time with her dog.
